   Description

This is one of our best-selling Private Tours from Casablanca. We start from Casablanca, then, we pass through Rabat, and afterward, we visit the magical blue city of Chefchaouen. Next, we are moving to the south, to stroll around the oldest Medina of Morocco, the Medina of Fez, before we go more south, to discover the Sahara dunes by having an overnight in a Berber desert camp.

Later on, our journey continues to the road of 1000 Kasbahs, and the gorgeous rock formations in Dades and Todra Gorges. Another stop to visit Ouarzazate and Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou, before we continue to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains admiring the Berber villages that camouflage in the landscape. Afterwards, we visit the mysterious Medina of Marrakech, and also, we will take a day trip to Essaouira. Finally, one of our most beautiful Private Tours ends up in the airport of Casablanca.

Itinerary

Day 1Casablanca arrival - Rabat

Today, embark on one of our exclusive Private Tours commencing in Casablanca, where your designated driver awaits at the airport exit. Upon meeting your driver, you’ll be transported to the city center for an initial visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque. Following this enriching start, our journey unfolds towards Rabat, Morocco’s capital, approximately an hour away. Upon reaching Rabat, you’ll check into your accommodation, before delving into a captivating exploration encompassing iconic landmarks such as the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum Mohammed V, and the Oudaya Kasbah.

Day 2Rabat - Chefchaouen

Following a delightful breakfast, our expedition unfolds toward the enchanting blue city of Chefchaouen, traversing the scenic Rif Mountains. Along the way, we’ll make intermittent stops to absorb the picturesque landscapes. Upon arrival, a seamless transition to your accommodation awaits. Subsequently, the day unfolds at your leisure, granting ample time to explore the captivating blue-hued streets and capture enduring memories through your lens.

Day 3Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

This morning, your tour continues to Volubilis, an ancient Roman settlement undoubtedly considered the best preserved in Morocco, dating from the 2nd and 3rd centuries. During your visit, you will admire the alleyways, gates, and mosaic floors. Later, we will stop in Meknes, another Imperial city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will visit the Medersa Bou Inania and the Bab Mansour, the Gateway to Moulay Ismail Palace. After that, we will continue to Fes, where you will spend the night in a traditional riad or hotel.

Day 4Fes Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will start exploring the oldest city in Morocco, accompanied by an official guide. Walk through its labyrinthine streets, and visit all the important sites with cultural and historical interest, such as the famous Al Qaraouine University, the Tanneries, the Attarine Museum, the Royal Palace gate, and the Mulay Idriss mausoleum. Your journey will also lead you to a tiles cooperative, offering insights into traditional craftsmanship before you visit Marinid Tombs to admire the panoramic view over the whole Medina.

Day 5Fes - Ifrane - Azrou - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Merzouga Desert

Our journey continues, as this morning we will depart to the south. Firstly, you will have a quick stop in Ifrane. Different from any other Moroccan city, Ifrane is known as the Switzerland of Morocco. After that, we will head toward Azrou to see the monkeys in the cedar forest. Afterward, another stop to Midelt for lunch. Later on, we will pass through the Tizi N Talghamt pass, while admiring the views of Ziz Gorges. After that, we will continue to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, where a camel ride awaits, escorting you to tonight’s accommodation, a desert camp nestled in the heart of the dunes. Later on, you will have a delightful dinner and an enchanting performance with Saharan music, before a restful night in your comfortable tent.

Day 6Erg Chebbi Dunes - Erfoud - Tinejdad - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dunes and then, have your breakfast. After that, you will ride your camel back to Merzouga. We will depart towards Tineghir passing by Erfoud and Tinejdad. Afterward, we will have a break for lunch. Later on, we will continue to Todra gorges via Tineghir, stopping along the way for some photos. On arrival to Todra Gorges, enjoy its marvelous views while walking under it 160 m. rock walls. After, we make another stop for a panoramic view of Dades Valley. At last, we arrive at the hotel, where you will spend the night. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7Dades Valley - Kelaa M’gouna - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Tizi N'Tichka Pass - Marrakech

This morning after breakfast, one of the most pleasant private tours from Casablanca continues. The next site to visit is the Rose Valley going through the big Skoura palm grove, a beautiful place with more than 700.000 palms and numerous kasbahs that are built in the surrounding area. In this area, damask roses are raised for cosmetic use such as the valuable rose oil. Later on, we will make another stop in Ouarzazate, also known as “The gate of the desert” which in the Berber language means “noiseless or without confusion”. Here we´ll see the Taourirt Kasbah, one of the most spectacular ksars in Morocco.

Next, we visit the fortified village of Aït Ben Haddou. Without a doubt, this is one of the most stunning places in Morocco. Here, we will visit the famous Kasbah (a World Heritage Site by UNESCO). Famous films have been shot on this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, and more recently, The Game Of Thrones…etc. Then, another photo stop near the Atlas Mountains, and finally, in the afternoon we will reach Marrakech where you will spend the night.

Day 8Full day to visit Marrakech

After breakfast, you will have a private guided city tour, with an official guide. Firstly, you will see the famous Koutoubia mosque, and afterwards, the Medina, and its souks. You will explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, and of course the impressive Majorelle Gardens. In the afternoon, the best option is to explore the medina, approaching the square that in the evening is full of narrators, jugglers, diviners, snake charmers, and musicians. 

Day 9Day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech

After breakfast, we will depart for coastal Essaouira in a relaxing 3-hour journey. Firstly, we will make a stop to watch the goats climbing on Argan trees, and later, we will make another stop on a feminine cooperative, where you will have the opportunity to see the production process of Argan oil. Afterward, we reach Essaouira, a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage-listed city. With its relaxed feel, take in the small but lively medina, stroll along the ramparts or beach, or visit the port to see the daily catch and take lunch in a local restaurant by trying some of the freshest seafood in Morocco. About 4 pm, we drive back to Marrakech where the driver will drop you off in your accommodation.

Day 10Marrakech – Casablanca airport

Today, one of our most beautiful private tours ends up in the airport of Casablanca. Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech to transfer you to the airport in order to catch your departure flight, and this is the end of our services.
