Yes, absolutely. Every single journey we offer is 100% flexible. Consequently, we adjust the travel pace, the specific activities, and the dates exactly to your personal preferences and interests.

All GBOO Morocco Tours are strictly private. Therefore, every single itinerary is designed exclusively for your specific group, couple, or family. You will never share your vehicle with strangers.

When filling out the request form, we need the number of travelers, your ideal dates, and any special requirements. Specifically, let us know about dietary restrictions or mobility needs so we can prepare the perfect quote.

Our travel designers typically respond to your request form within 24 hours. After you review the quote and pay the deposit via the provided link, you will immediately receive a formal booking confirmation.

Yes, we certainly do. While we specialize in private family tours, our extensive fleet of modern minibuses can comfortably accommodate large groups. Simply mention your group size in the request form for special rates.

Our tours generally include private transportation with professional drivers, accommodations in hand-picked traditional riads or hotels, guided visits, camel rides, and desert camp stays. Specific meals and activities depend on your tailored itinerary.

Because our tours are private, you can start and end anywhere (e.g., start in Casablanca, end in Marrakech). Popular starting points are Marrakech (best for desert/mountains), Casablanca (best for longer grand tours), and Fes (best for cultural heritage).

    • Classic Comfort: Traditional, cozy, and highly comfortable standard riads.
    • Affordable Luxury: High-end amenities, boutique riads, and excellent services at accessible prices.
    • Deluxe Luxury: Extravagant 5-star hotels, opulent premium riads, and unparalleled personalized service.

While we offer tours from 1 to 30 days, the most popular option is 5 to 12 days. This allows enough time to comfortably explore the Sahara Desert, the Imperial Cities, and the Atlas Mountains without rushing.

Absolutely. At Gboo Morocco Tours, you can hire a professional, multilingual driver. This allows you to skip the hassle of public transport and explore Morocco’s diverse landscapes safely and entirely at your own pace.

Visiting during Ramadan is a uniquely rewarding cultural experience! While some local cafes may close during daylight hours, tourist sites remain open (usually 9 AM – 3 PM). You will witness the beautiful communal spirit of Iftar (breaking the fast) and enjoy vibrant night markets.

Pack light, comfortable clothing, good walking shoes, sunscreen, and a hat. For Sahara Desert tours, always bring warm clothes for the evenings, as desert temperatures drop significantly at night.

Once you agree to your personalized quote, we will email you a secure payment link. Through this link, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and international bank transfers to easily process your 30% deposit.

You can pay the remaining balance shortly before your arrival using a new payment link or bank transfer. Alternatively, you can comfortably pay the final amount in cash directly to your driver upon arrival in Morocco.

    • 60+ days before trip: 100% refund of the deposit.
    • 59 to 31 days before trip: 75% refund of the deposit.
    • 30 days or less: Deposit is non-refundable.
    • Note: Reservations for peak season (Dec 20 – Jan 5) are strictly non-refundable.Refunds take 15 to 30 days to process.

We make all possible efforts to amend your booking with no extra charges if requested at least 30 days before your trip starts. If the request is made less than 30 days prior, we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that extra charges won’t apply depending on our partners.

No, transparency is our core value. Your personalized quote clearly states exactly what is included (accommodations, transport, specific meals). Thus, there are absolutely no hidden fees or surprise charges.

The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD), which is a closed currency (you can only get it inside Morocco). You can bring US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds to exchange at local banks or withdraw MAD directly from ATMs. While some tourist spots accept USD or EUR banknotes, paying in Dirhams always gets you a better deal.

While it is not legally mandatory to enter Morocco, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Consequently, this protects you against unexpected flight cancellations, lost luggage, or sudden illness.

We advise choosing a policy that covers trip interruptions, full medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation. Furthermore, ensure your policy covers outdoor activities like camel trekking in the Sahara Desert.

No, as a local Moroccan tour operator, we do not sell international insurance policies. Therefore, you must purchase your policy from a reputable provider in your home country before departure.

Your safety is our absolute priority. In case of an emergency, your dedicated local driver will immediately take you to the nearest reliable hospital or pharmacy, while our 24/7 support team assists with translation.

It is not required, but it is highly recommended. Providing our team with your insurance policy number and emergency contact ensures we can act instantly if an unexpected situation arises.

You can reach our travel designers via Email, WhatsApp, or through our website’s contact form. Specifically, we aim to respond to all inquiries within a few hours to help you plan your perfect trip.

We provide unparalleled 24/7 emergency assistance. Beyond your dedicated driver who is always with you, our central office team in Morocco is just a phone call away to resolve any issue instantly.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. Following your trip, we will send you a short email asking about your experience. Furthermore, we highly appreciate reviews on our TripAdvisor page to help future travelers.

Citizens of the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the EU do not require a visa for stays up to 90 days. You only need a passport valid for at least 6 months past your expected departure date. (Note: Always verify with your local consulate before traveling).

The local streets are filled with Darija (Moroccan Arabic) and Amazigh (Berber). However, French is universally spoken across the country. In northern areas, Spanish is common. Do not worry though, our drivers and guides speak excellent English!
