60+ days before trip: 100% refund of the deposit.
59 to 31 days before trip: 75% refund of the deposit.
30 days or less: Deposit is non-refundable.
Note: Reservations for peak season (Dec 20 – Jan 5) are strictly non-refundable.Refunds take 15 to 30 days to process.
