Reservations

Upon confirming your booking with Gboo Morocco Tours, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the reservation.

Booking Procedures & Payments

Upon acceptance of the quoted itinerary and pricing, we will provide you with a comprehensive itinerary and invoice. Your booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a minimum 30% deposit of the invoiced amount. The remaining balance is to be settled locally with our staff.

We accept payments in EUR, USD, GBP, or Moroccan Dirhams through cash, bank transfer, credit card secure payment link (with an additional 4% processing fee), and Paypal (with an additional 5% processing fee).

Changes to Your Booking/Reservation

We strive to accommodate changes to your booking without incurring additional charges. However, modifications to your travel date and accommodations within 30 days before the trip starts may be accepted, but we cannot guarantee exemption from extra charges.

For changes, please contact us promptly. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests without additional charges, it may not be guaranteed if the request is made less than 30 days before the trip.

Should we be unable to change your booking date, you have the option to proceed with the originally booked trip or cancel, subject to applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation Policy

Notify us promptly in writing at [email protected] if you need to cancel your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge is contingent on the number of days preceding your scheduled booking when we receive your written cancellation notice:

  • Cancellation 60 days or more before the trip start date – 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 59 to 31 days before the trip start date – 75% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less before the trip start date – the deposit is non-refundable.
  • For reservations with departure dates from December 20 to January 5, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that in cases where special accommodations, activities, or other requests are booked on your behalf, a notification via email will detail any forfeiture exceeding 30% of your deposit.

Refunds typically take 30 to 60 days, depending on your country of residence.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of your tour or trek, we will refund all sums paid, including the deposit. However, we are not liable for any additional compensation. Unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, riot, terrorist attacks, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, and other potentially dangerous conditions.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Flights

Your air travel is booked independently and is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline. We accept no liability for this aspect of your tour.

Special Requests

Please communicate any essential special requirements, such as dietary, medical, or wheelchair assistance, before confirming your booking. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, no compensation will be provided if certain preferences cannot be fulfilled.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to obtain suitable travel, medical, and related insurance coverage. We strongly recommend securing insurance to cover potential issues such as illness, travel cancellation, baggage loss, and delays.

Our Responsibility

We assume liability if any part of your travel arrangements deviates from the described details and is not of a reasonable standard. Compensation, limited to the maximum amount paid for that portion of the travel arrangements, will be provided unless the fault lies with neither us nor our vendors, suppliers, partners, and/or service providers.

Please be aware that we bear no liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, death, or other losses during your trip.

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring possession of valid required travel documents. Ensure your passport is valid for 6 months before entering the country. The tour participant must meet all passport and visa requirements before departure.

Complaints

If any aspect of your experience is unsatisfactory, contact your driver/hotel/guide immediately. If a resolution is not possible, inform us in writing with details of your complaint and/or problem.

Your Responsibility

  • Carry and manage your medication and personal first-aid kit.
  • Inform us in writing of any disability/illness affecting your ability to partake in the tour.
  • Acknowledge the inherent risks in outdoor and adventure travel in a developing country.
