Itinerary

Day 1Agadir - Taroudant - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate

Our Adventure starts at 8 AM departure for Ouarzazate, the gate of the desert, via Taroudant. Visit the city, one of the oldest in Morocco, which has preserved the character of its past. You will admire in the souk the neat work of the craftsmen. Continue to Ouarzazate and arrive for lunch. Visit the city located at the confluence of the valleys of Draa and Dades and depart for the visit of the kasbah of Taourirt. Dinner and overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 2Ouarzazate - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga

After breakfast in the hotel, we will depart to the Rose Valley going through the big Skoura palm grove, a beautiful place to contemplate more than 700.000 palms and numerous kasbahs that are built in the surrounding area. In this Valley damascenes, roses are raised for cosmetic use such as the valued rosewater. We continue to Tinghir and afterward, we reach the Todra Gorges. The scenery is spectacular. At the Gorges, you will walk under the 300m high red cliff, where many rock climbers come to enjoy their favorite sport. After a short walk in the gorges, we continue our trip to Erfoud and Rissani where we will have a stop for lunch and then, we will depart for the village of Merzouga. Here you will make the camel ride during the sunset to the high dunes. then dinner and overnight stay in a desert camp.

Day 3Merzouga - Alnif - Zagora

After a quiet and memorable night in the dunes of Erg Chebbi, you can watch the sunrise over the dunes. A typical breakfast will be served and we will depart for Rissani. You can explore the tourist area including the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and the palm grove as a part of your exploration. Lunch in Nkoub and then we continue to Zagora, through the Draa Valley. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Zagora..

Day 4Zagora - Agdz - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou

We will leave Zagora, through Agdez & Draa Valley. Our journey follows the path next to the Draa River, one of the longest rivers in Morocco. Enjoy the view of the green palm groves. Later on, we will make a stop for lunch, and after that, we will continue to the ksar (fortified village) of Aït Ben Haddou where we will visit the famous Kasbah (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot on this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara with Penelope Cruz…etc. overnight and dinner in the accommodation.

Day 5 Ait Ben Haddou - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

This morning after breakfast, we will depart for Marrakech, the “Red city” and the most known of the Imperial cities. Our journey continues over the mountains of High Atlas passing through the Tizi N’Tichka pass (2260 m in altitude). Arrive in Marrakech and check into your accommodation. You’ll have the afternoon to relax while exploring the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and the souks.

Day 6Full day to visit Marrakech

After breakfast in the hotel, you will have a private guided tour of Marrakech Medina with an official guide from Marrakech. You will see the famous Mosque of Koutoubia, the Medina, and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, and Majorelle Gardens. In the afternoon the best option is to explore the medina on your own, approaching the square that in the evening is full of narrators, jugglers, and diviners. snake charmers and music. Overnight in your accommodation

Day 7Marrakech - Essaouira

This morning our driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech to start for Essaouira, a coastal city, which is about 2 hours and a half drive from Marrakech. On the way to Essaouira, you will have a short break to see the famous goats, climb on Argan trees, and eat Argan seeds, visit the Argan cooperative to learn how local women make Argan oil in a traditional manner and the multi-uses of the precious oil. Afterward, we will reach Essaouira where the driver will drop you off at your accommodation later  you will have free time to walk on your own and explore the simply beautiful places, such as ancient shops, narrow alleys, local markets, and craftsmen. Also, you will have enough time to visit the Skala and enjoy the sea view from above. After that, you can have lunch in a local restaurant and enjoy fresh seafood.

Day 8Essaouira - Agadir

After breakfast, departure to Agadir by the coastal road, our driver will drop you off in your accommodation or your hotel and the end of our services.
