Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Welcome to Morocco!

Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, your private driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, you can relax after your flight or take a first look at Casablanca. If time permits, you may visit the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque and explore part of the city’s Atlantic coastline.

Day 2: Casablanca - Ifrane - Azrou - Midelt

Breakfast, Dinner

After breakfast, begin your journey south towards the Middle Atlas Mountains.

Leave Casablanca behind and travel through the changing Moroccan landscape towards Ifrane, a charming mountain town known for its alpine-style architecture and green surroundings.

Continue to the cedar forests around Azrou, where you may have the opportunity to see the famous Barbary macaques. From here, the road climbs further into the Middle Atlas before descending towards Midelt, a town surrounded by impressive mountain scenery.

Arrive in Midelt in the afternoon and check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and relax before the next day’s journey towards the Sahara.

Merzouga

Day 3: Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga

Breakfast, Dinner

After breakfast, continue towards the Sahara Desert.

The landscape gradually changes as you cross the Ziz Valley and approach Erfoud, known for its fossils and mineral-rich geological formations.

Stop at a local fossil workshop to learn about the region’s fossils and see how local artisans transform fossilized stone into decorative pieces and practical objects.

Continue towards Merzouga, where the first sight of the enormous Erg Chebbi dunes marks your arrival in the Sahara.

Check into your hotel near the dunes and enjoy a traditional dinner.
