Your 3 days desert trip from Marrakech begins with a morning departure across the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m), the highest road in Morocco offering panoramic views of the High Atlas Mountains.

Our first stop is the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, famous for its ancient architecture and movie appearances like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After exploring, continue to Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa.”

In the afternoon, the journey takes you through the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs before reaching the breathtaking Dades Valley, where dramatic rock formations and Berber villages line the landscape.

After breakfast, we travel towards Todra Gorges, a natural wonder where 300-meter-high cliffs rise dramatically above a crystal-clear river. Take time to walk inside this incredible canyon.

We then continue through palm groves and small desert towns until we reach Erfoud, known as the gateway to the Sahara. From here, your adventure continues as you ride your camel across the dunes of Erg Chebbi, witnessing a magical desert sunset.

Arrive at your Sahara Desert camp, where you’ll be welcomed with mint tea and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars, followed by Berber music around the campfire.

Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the golden dunes, then enjoy breakfast at the camp. Afterward, we drive through the scenic Ziz Valley, known for its palm groves and dramatic landscapes.

On the way to Fes, we stop at Azrou, a cedar forest inhabited by playful Barbary macaque monkeys, and then at Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” due to its alpine-style architecture.
