Upon confirming your booking with Gboo Morocco Tours, you accept these terms and conditions for yourself and all members of your travel party. The individual making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all participants are aware of and agree to these terms.
Once you accept the quoted itinerary and pricing, we will issue a detailed itinerary and invoice.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@gboomoroccotours.com. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written notice.
In the event of a no-show, defined as failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point, airport pickup, accommodation, or tour start time on the confirmed start date without prior written cancellation, the client will be charged 100% of the total agreed booking amount.
No refunds will be issued for no-show cases under any circumstances.
If special accommodations, activities, transportation, or customized services are booked on your behalf, you will be informed by email if any forfeiture exceeds 30% of your deposit.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 to 60 days, depending on your country of residence and banking system.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in the cancellation of your tour or trek, we will refund all sums paid, including the deposit. However, no additional compensation will be provided.

International and domestic flights are booked independently by the client and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Gboo Morocco Tours accepts no liability for flight delays, cancellations, or changes.
